Senior Internal Communications Officer

Venn Group is currently working with a large healthcare organisation in London for a Senior Internal Communications Officer to support the organisation

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• The Senior Internal Communications Officer will support the Internal Communications Manager and Senior Internal Communications Manager to help the Trust communicate with its staff, and promote its values so that they are understood and underpin the behaviour of everyone who works at the organisation
• The Senior Internal Communications Officer will support the development and delivery of internal communications strategies and produce copy tailored for a broad and diverse range of internal audiences
• They will also support internal events, campaigns and awards and they will act as an expert resource on internal communications, providing counsel/advice to managers in developing communication messages and campaigns across the Trust, using the most effective methods and channels to reach different audiences

It is essential the candidate has:

• Internal communications/public relations experience
• Demonstrable experience of developing and implementing story and campaign ideas and communications plans and strategies
• Experience of publishing, including overseeing design and print
• Experience within a complex organisation

Job Title: Senior Internal Communications Officer

Daily rate: £171.06 PAYE (including holiday pay) or £189.84 via Umbrella

Duration: 3 Months (possibility for extension)

Hours: 37.5

Location: Central London
