Venn Group is currently recruiting for a Senior Resourcing Business Partner to work for a Public Sector organisation based in Birmingham. This role is a permanent position paying a salary between £45k - £55k per annum.
Duties:
- Take ownership of a Directorate or customer group ensuring plans and strategies for recruitment are in place, monitored and reported against
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment activity for leadership level roles engaging with hiring managers, candidates and suppliers
- Coach and manage RBPs to deliver junior to mid and volume recruitment for designated directorate/teams
- Develop and effective organisation with the right skills and capabilities
- Develop a high-performing and diverse workforce with an inclusive culture
- Articulate the employee value position to candidates and employees, with a focus on the organisations strategy, purpose and legacy
- Support the Resourcing Manager in planning, developing and implementing recruitment strategies in directorate / team
- Design, implement and embed innovative sourcing strategies, processes and procedures which allow for a fair, consistent and inclusive candidate experience
- Advise hiring managers on the most effective approach to resourcing business needs, including routes to market, social media activity, costs, challenges and time input required
