Senior Resourcing Co-ordinator

An excellent Support Provider in Bristol are recruiting for a Senior Resourcing Co-ordinator to provide Co-ordination and line management for a team of Bank Workers
Location: Bristol (hybrid/remote working)
Contract duration: Permanent
Hours: 29.6 hours per week (4 days – Office and Home-working)
Salary: £23,697 - £25,903 pro-rata per annum

Day to day responsibilities include:
- Monitor all shifts worked by Bank Workers
- Ensure that sufficient numbers of staff with the right skills are available to meet the needs of the organisation at all times, arranging cover for periods of sickness, absenteeism, or holiday as and when required
- Carry out recruitment and induction of all Bank Workers
- Approve accrued leave, timesheets and training using the online rota and staff management system
- Conduct regular supervisions and reviews with all Bank Workers
- With support from the Team Manager, ensure the service meets a range of KPIs
- Assist the Team Manager to implement a range of Standard Operational Procedures and policies
- Provide robust operational and line management for a group of Bank Workers and the Bank Team Administrator
- Attend meetings with Service Managers to review vacancies or service needs for bank cover
- Review risk register for Bank Service
- Participate in an on-call service and provide flexible cover as required
Essential criteria include:
- Experience of supervising staff, students or volunteers
- IT literate and experience of using scheduling systems (ideally 'rota cloud') and excel
- Current enhanced DBS
