1. Job Title: Senior Resourcing Manager
Venn Group are currently recruiting a Senior Resourcing Manager on an initial 3 Months contracted job within the healthcare sector.
2. Job Specification:

Leading and developing the recruitment, permanent and temporary staffing and E-Rostering teams and working with key stakeholders across the Health Board and local partners

They will ensure that has robust resourcing solutions and plans in place that enable to deliver the workforce plans that underpin the organisational strategy and annual business objectives

Key to successful delivery will be developing specific approaches to support hot spot supply areas and ensuring effective temporary staffing usage and roster optimisation

Lead the development and delivery of large scale, strategic interventions e.g. local, national and international recruitment, expansion of the “bank” provision and auto rostering

Develop and provide key data including KPIs relating to the performance of relevant functions

Work with relevant stakeholders to develop, expand and improve the temporary staffing service through strategic planning and operational policies which will involve a high degree of complex analysis of facts/information

Budget holder for an allocated budget. to have budgetary responsibility for recruitment, temporary staffing service and E-Rostering teams, and a clear understanding of the financial impact of financial performance
