Role: Service Desk Analyst
Type: Temporary
Duration: Until end of July initially
Start date: ASAP
Pay rate: £12.25/hr PAYE incl. Holiday or £14.44/hr via Umbrella Company
Location: Wolverhampton / Dudley
Key duties:
- Employ Active Directory to manage user accounts
- Use and configuration of Office 365
- Relay technical and functionality guidance to IT Users
- Resolve IT User issues over telephone, email, or via remote access
- Build computers as necessary, utilising technologies such as; SCOM and FOG
- Distribute Hardware and use change control documents for auditing and information
Required skills:
- Ability to triage and escalate technical issues appropriately
- Keen communication skills when providing technical advice to both technical and non-technical staff and users
- Attention to detail when creating and updating reports
- Full UK driving licence
