Service Desk Analyst
An organisation in North East, UK has approached Venn Group’s IT Team to secure a Service Desk Analyst to come in and assist on their busy IT Service Desk.
The successful candidate will need to provide a consistent high quality technical support service to the customer base and demonstrate excellent communication skills. A full valid UK driving licence will be beneficial.
Duties involve:
- Have excellent Customer Focus skills
- Be able to deliver first class customer care on the delivery of client’s requests and the resolution of incidents
- Be able to pick up processes quickly and effectively
- Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Have an understanding of Active Directory (AD)
- Have an understanding of Exchange & Outlook
- Have experience of installing & configuring hardware & software
Location: North East, UK (Full address available on inquiry)
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
Rate: £14.45 per hour
Hours: 37.5 per week, Mon - Fri
Start: ASAP (July 2022)
