Service Desk Analyst
Norwich
£16.25 per hour, via an umbrella company.
Mon-Fri – 37.5 hours per week, onsite
A position has arisen for a Digital Service Desk Analyst for a well-known NHS organisation in Norwich. The role takes responsibility for all ‘first line’ technical support to the Trusts IT users and ensures information is processed correctly.
Your duties will include:
- Providing technical first line support to all IT users across the trust
- Ensuring all information is processed in accordance with policies and procedures
- Investigate enquiries and queries from users, and provide assistance and advice as required
- Logging and managing all incoming calls through to resolution
The successful candidate should have:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaboratively achieve a resolution
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Experience with taking high volumes of calls
Please note, experience within an IT environment is desirable but not essential.
