Venn Group is working with a well-established charity who are currently recruiting for a number of vacancies within Berkshire to support their organisation, helping local people

Duration: 3 Months initially

Team Leader

Hourly Rate: £14.27 - £17.00
Shift pattern: 16:00 pm – 23:00 pm

Job responsibilities:
• Manage staff team rotas, ensuring sufficient complement of staff and volunteers are on shift to meet service user need.
• Support the Service Manager throughout recruitment processes, ensuring that the vacancies are recruited to with competent staff that share the values of the service.
• Ensure that new starters are inducted fully and that appropriate training, supervisions and appraisals take place within appropriate timescales

Job responsibilities:
• Support the mission and objectives of Together by the skilled leadership and management of a high quality and effective team/service within an operating environment which is complex and changing.
• Lead the design and implementation of your team’s aims and objectives, operating plans, embed organisational policies, and procedures.
• Embed service user leadership in all aspects of care and service delivery and deliver on business plan objectives.
