Venn Group is currently working with a Social Housing provider in West Yorkshire who are recruiting for a Repairs Team Leader on a temporary ongoing contract.
The successful candidate will have experience of working within a similar role.
The duties will include:

Manage a multi-skilled team to deliver excellent, customer-focussed repairs and maintenance services

Liaise with customers, clients and other team members to ensure all communications are effective

Carry out pre and post-inspections of properties to ensure value for money and the maintenance of agreed standards

Update spreadsheets & review costings

Respond to customer complaints
-
Periodically check operatives tools & vans are in safe working order

Represent the organisation in meetings and forums
-
Ensure health and safety guidelines at all times
Essential Skills/Qualifications:

Experience of managing or supervision of staff

Driving Licence
