Venn Group has been approached by a Leading Building Contractor in Leeds to recruit a Site Manager on a temporary basis (minimum 2 – 3 months).

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage contractors on school re-roofing schemes
Deal with projects £100k+
Ensure all electrical works are completed to high standards and in compliance with regulations
Oversee day-to-day operations, providing technical support and guidance where required
Conduct site inspections, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Conduct quality control checks and ensure adherence to industry standards
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to works carried out
