I am currently representing a well-established firm based in Hampshire seeking an Interim Tax and Trust Senior Solicitor to assist whilst the firm look to recruit permanently.
The role primarily involves handling a range of trusts and personal tax client matters including calculating available income within trusts and estates for distribution and completion of forms R185, Preparation of IHT returns for periodic and exit charges and calculation of the IHT liability, Day to day trust administration of UK resident trusts and Supporting the residential property department with advice relating to capital gains tax issues with property transactions.
