Team Administrator – Birmingham City Centre
Salary: £22,000
Term: Permanent, Full-Time Position – Starting date ASAP
Working Hours: (Monday-Friday) 8.30-5.30pm (1 Hour Lunch)

This applicant should be an enthusiastic reliable individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail is vital and willing to learn, must be competent with using Microsoft office/Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams etc.
Responsibilities:
The role is split between switchboard duties and designated administration tasks.
- Operating busy switchboard, giving directions and ensuring that the calls are going through to the right departments
- Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests and dealing with them appropriately
- Providing administration support to recruitment consultants including senior management
- Formatting CVs into our company format
- Screening CVs, sending them to the right department
- Carrying out all other ad hoc administration duties, such as photocopying, scanning, data entry, creating documents and sending letters as and when required
- Looking after general inbox
- Assisting in the organisation and preparation of company events
- Ensuring the smooth running of the office
- Submitting meter readings and keeping a record of energy contracts for multiple offices
- Ordering and maintaining stationary for multiple offices
- Overseeing car usage and maintenance
- Completing ad hoc projects as required
Job Board Support:
- Monitor helpdesk site, investigate and resolve queries
- Set up new starters, request and assign access to job boards
- Remove leavers from job boards
