Venn Group are working with a well-established Housing Provider based in North London who are looking for a Technology and Systems Officer to deliver support across the systems, departments and internal functions.

Job Title:          Technology and Systems Officer

Salary:              £37,000 - £40,000

Location:         NorthLondon – flexible hybrid working model available

Duties:                                                                                    

• Provide first line support for business systems, ensuring their smooth running through provision of training and support
• Coordinating tests and upgrades
• Implementing enhancements and configurating changes
• Work in partnership with the system vendors and the outsourced IT function to provide a cohesive service and assist colleagues
• Help issue and manage devices and provide other technology support
• Providing resolution to service requests
• Ensure that devices, systems and platforms are maintained
• Complete workshops to help identify and capture business needs and translate these into technology solutions
• Keep up to date with technological developments and new system functionalities
• Manage ticket system logging, updating and closing tickets and ensuring actions are documented
• Assist with production of data reports and data extraction where required

Essentials:

• Prior experience of Civica CX is essential for this role
• Experience as a System Administrator, ‘Super User’, or as part of an implementation group
• 1^st line support experience
