Package: basic salary upwards of £20,500 with £35k Year one OTE

Due to a period of sustained growth in our Manchester office, we are recruiting across various sectors such as Construction & Engineering Division, Estates & Facilities, HR, Social Housing and Legal.

You will join on our Recruitment Training Programme which involves 12 months of both in class and on desk training where you will learn a solid grounding in Recruitment.
Your role will involve:
- Developing your client portfolio to understand your clients' specific requirements
- Building strong working relationships with candidates to maintain and develop your candidate network
- Talent generation through job boards and social media channels
- Following up business development leads
- Holding face to face and virtual client meetings
