Transactional Finance Manager
A well known Real Estate organisation required a Transactional Finance Manager to lead and optimise accounts payable, accounts receivable, rent accounting, and banking functions.
This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant processing of income and expenditure, supporting healthy cash flow, strong supplier and customer relationships, and audit readiness.
Applicants must be able to commute to Kent twice per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AP, AR, rent accounting, and cash management processes.
- Ensure accurate reconciliations and robust financial controls.
- Oversee VAT compliance and reporting.
- Manage external relationships with auditors, banks, and software providers.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to the transactions team.
- Drive continuous improvement and process efficiencies.
Candidate Profile:
Applicants should be Qualified Accountants with proven experience leading transaction finance teams.
Strong VAT knowledge, reconciliation expertise, and advanced ERP/Excel skills are essential. Experience in housing, charity, or public sector finance is desirable.
