Venn Group are recruiting for a Treasury Manager on a permanent basis to join a well establish organisation in South Birmingham area.
Duties include:
- Ensure bank transactions are processed and recorded in line with company procedures
- Ensure all queries are resolved quickly and act as an escalation point for queries
- Work on projects to improve systems and processes
- Create monthly cash forecast to be presented to the Finance Controller
- Monitor and update direct debits and standing orders
- Manage and maintain bank mandates for all bank accounts
- Manage and maintain online bank access for all bank accounts
- Process all outward payments
- Conduct regular 1-2-1’s with team members arranging and reviewing CPD records
- Support the wider finance function with month end and year end
- Assist with training and induction of new staff
- Work with stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure adherence to policy
- Develop and maintain a customer charter reviewing team SLA’s
- Publish bank balance and cash collection daily
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous treasury experience
- Have previous people management skills
