INTERIM VISITING ESTATES MANAGER URGENTLY REQUIRED
A well-established housing association, who strive to provide an excellent service to all tenants and leaseholders, is currently looking to recruit an Estates Manager based in Surrey on a temporary contract.
Position: Estates Manager
Period: 1 month (potential of extension)
Hours: 16 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Surrey
Rate: £12 - £16 per hour (Dependent on experience)
Driving: Preferrable but not mandatory
DBS: Basic Required (Preferably on update service)
Role responsibilities:
- Providing regular estate inspections, health and safety assessments and compliance checks
- Ensuring all repairs are reported and completed within a reasonable timeframe
- Responding to emergency alarm calls and record any incidents
- Maintaining a visibility to each of the leaseholders living on the estates
- Ensuring that services are delivered to owners in accordance with the lease terms
- Regularly liaising with contractors and carrying out any administrative processes
Essential requirements:
- Experience in a similar estates manager position
- Strong understanding of health and safety assessment and compliance checks
- Expertise in dealing with contractors
