Venn Group is currently recruiting for a Workforce Information and Systems Officer for an NHS organisation based in Birmingham.
This job role will be a mixture of working on site and WFH, the successful candidate will work 1 day a week from home, 4 days on site
This role is initially a 3 month contract, working 37.5 hours a week paying £13/hr inc holiday pay PAYE.
Duties:
- Supporting the Workforce Information & Systems Manager to provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective administration service in all areas of the Electronic Staff Records (ESR) System. This includes assisting the Workforce Information & Systems Assistant with a variety of face-to-face, telephone and email queries from staff, managers and key stakeholders to maintain the functionality of Electronic Staff Record
- Maintain ESR and other relevant HR information systems as appropriate and required
- Provide advice, guidance and training throughout the Trust in relation to ESR and other HR information systems as appropriate
- Take an active role in providing key workforce data (including combining data from multiple workforce information systems) to customers within and outside of the Trust on a regular and ad-hoc basis, presenting key findings and information to relevant departments both within and outside of the Trust
- Act as a Registration Authority (RA) Agent to support routine smartcard queries (for example, unlocking, renewing and repairing smartcards) and working with clinical system managers across the Trust to ensure that appropriate access to clinical systems is implemented across the Trust
- Liaise with the e-Rostering Systems Administrator to obtain absence reports for specific teams and presenting this data alongside workforce information from Electronic Staff Record
