Workforce Information Manager

A reputable client of ours is recruiting for an interim Workforce Information Manager who is willing to work from home on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. The salary will be £39,000 per annum.
Your duties will include:
- Acting as the system lead for Workforce and Payroll aspects of ESR resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate
- Providing a high quality workforce information service across the organisation
- Being the technical expert in the production and analysis of workforce information whilst taking forward the development of the workforce information function within the HR team
- Contributing to the development of information within the Directorate
The successful candidate should have:
- Advanced knowledge of ESR
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Associate CIPD qualified
This role would be ideally suited to someone who’s looking to tackle an exciting and complex project within a diverse, fast-paced HR team.
