Interim Workforce Project Facilitator
Venn Group are working with a large healthcare organization in the Greater Manchester area to assist in the recruitment of 2 X Project Facilitators, requiring an immediate start and an on-site presence.
The key role responsibilities are:

Working within a busy HR & Workforce team to support the transition of time, attendance and absence recording to a new system

Rolling out on-going training on the new system, including the support of any associated systems

Setting up units of staff on the new system and maintaining and changes to units already established

Regularly reviewing areas already established on the system to ensure accuracy and relevance of information held

Implementing policies and proposing improvements/amendments where relevant to maximize effective use of the workforce system
Please note that it is essential to have experience working in a Project Coordinator/Facilitator post, and knowledge of the Allocate system would be beneficial.
Please also note that hourly rate will be offered DOE.
