Young Person’s Support Worker Required
Contract type: 3 months +
Hours per week: 37.5

Venn Group are looking for a dedicated Support Worker to assist Young People in supported living accommodation. If you are passionate about helping transform lives and want to work for a Housing Association with apply now.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Work effectively with vulnerable young people
- Help service users achieve independence
- Conduct welfare checks
- Conduct one to one support sessions
- Understand service users emotional and housing needs
- Support young people to maintain accommodation
The successful candidate will have:
- Enhanced DBS
- 3 Years’ worth of References
- Knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessments and maintaining professional boundaries
