Empowering Employment 2021/22

​Our partnership programme breaks down barriers to the workplace by providing key employability skills.

In 2021 the demand for our programmes increased and our social value team met all our clients' requirements and exceeded engagement targets. We supported 1,058 individuals, which is a 77% increase on 2020, partnering with 15 organisations and delivering 22 programmes.

We delivered workshops on:

• Interviewing techniques

• A practical guide to video interviewing

• How to leverage your personal brand

• Learning from your interviews

• How to navigate job boards

• Using Linkedin for your job search

• Exploring your skills

• Virtual and pre-recorded video interviews guidance and advice

• Meet the recruiters - open forum

• Careers forum
