Our partnership programme breaks down barriers to the workplace by providing key employability skills.
In 2021 the demand for our programmes increased and our social value team met all our clients' requirements and exceeded engagement targets. We supported 1,058 individuals, which is a 77% increase on 2020, partnering with 15 organisations and delivering 22 programmes.
