1st Line Support Officer
We are currently working with an organisation who require the interim assistance of an 1st Line Support Officer to support the council and their 300+ users
Key responsibilities:
- Provide on-site 1st line support to the organisation
- Investigate, diagnose and resolve IT problems such as connection issues, change requests, permission requests
- Handle hardware, software and driver issues
- General troubleshooting for 350 council staff and 50 Councillors
- Assist the Council with the set up and IT support during conferences on a weekly basis
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working within First line support for a Public Sector organisation
- Good experience of developing and managing excellent relationships
Start: ASAP
Rate: £120 per day via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35)
Durations: 3 months initially (with likely extensions)
Location: South Derbyshire - Hybrid working model (2-3 days per week)
