An exciting opportunity has arisen for a temporary Administrator to join a highly regarded regulatory organisation based in London. This role is critical in providing essential administrative support to the Enforcement team, underpinning our busy and stretched investigation and advocacy functions. This is a full-time interim assignment for an initial 3 months, starting immediately.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Handle incoming and outgoing post, including scanning, filing, and responding to general correspondence
- Prepare case file bundles for hearings and investigations
- Update parties on case progression and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with witnesses, secure availability for hearings, and provide support throughout the process
- Monitor compliance with conditions and ensure timely follow-up
- Redact sensitive information from case files in line with data protection requirements
- Make formal requests for information and manage responses
- Draft and send initial correspondence to relevant stakeholders
Ideal candidate profile:
- Previous experience in an administrative role within a busy team
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and engage positively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive, energetic, and adaptable, with a willingness to take on varied tasks
- Experience or a genuine interest in regulation and compliance is desirable
- Competent IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Location: London
Working Pattern: Hybrid (mostly remote with occasional on-site working)
Hours: Full-time
Length: 3 months, with a chance of extension
Start Date: Mid January
Salary: £16 per hour
