Job description: We are recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Clerk on a temporary basis for an organisation based in the Bromsgrove area.
Duties includes:
- Collection of cash and query management on circa 30 high profile accounts
- Collection of cash and query management on small value, aged balances
- Making decisions as to whether to write off aged debt
- Assisting with and responding to billing e mails within 72 hours (SLA)
- Raising credit notes once authorised by the management accountants team
- Raising manual invoices
- Investigating and resolving unallocated cash
- Chasing remittances
Desirable experience includes
- MS Excel including VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables
- 2 years relevant finance experience
