Administrator
Venn Group are pleased to be working with one of our valued healthcare clients to source a diligent, proactive and personable administrator for the following interim assignment:
Location: Cambridgeshire (Remote Working)
Duration: Three months +
Rate: £10.29 per hour + holiday pay
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
The duties of the role include:
- Arranging meetings, compiling agendas and taking formal minutes
- Responsible for ensuring all correspondence is accurately and appropriately presented
- Ensuring agendas, notes, action logs and decision logs are in place and kept up to date for team meetings
- Acting as an initial point of contact for queries, escalating these as appropriate
- Creating, editing and updating spreadsheets as needed
- Providing administrative support on a wide range of tasks
- Maintaining a database of all staff contact details for use in the normal course of business, and control access to the same
- Managing room bookings, organising travel, accommodation & catering, setting up media equipment and preparing delegate packs for meetings
Essential skills/experience required:
- Experience of providing comprehensive administrative support
- Experience of taking minutes in meetings
- Demonstrable experience using MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
