Audio Visual and Events Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an AV and Events Manager to be part of a team supporting the current and future needs of the organisation through delivering high-quality technical support for events and managing AV infrastructure across the Trust.

Job responsibilities include:

-            Coordinate and deliver AV support for school events including concerts, productions, assemblies

-            Collaborate with staff and external contractors to plan and execute AV setups for performances and events

-            Act as technical lead for events, advising on acoustics, lighting, stage layout, and health and safety

-            Manage AV equipment including sound systems, lighting rigs, video and projection tools

-            Maintain and improve AV infrastructure across school sites, ensuring systems are up-to-date and compliant

Candidate profile:

-            Strong technical knowledge of AV and lighting systems

-            Proven ability to manage multiple events and projects in a fast-paced environment

-            Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with staff

-            Professional, customer focused approach with strong organisational and interpersonal abilities

Role information:

-            Salary: £43,000 - £50,500

-            Contract Type: Permanent

-            Working hours: 7:30 – 3:30pm

-            Location: Ealing
