Venn Group is currently working with a leading telecommunications company to recruit for a Business Analyst. The successful candidate will be liaising with teams to understand what they need JIRA to do and translating this information to developers.

Rate: £327 - £425 per day

Location: Remote – Occasionally travel to either Reading or Hammersmith

IR35 Status: Inside

Duration: 3 months initially

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for working with the JIRA quality and control team to progress development backlog
• Working as a Release and Deployment management role to not only oversee the releases but able to act as a BA that understands the organisational processes to translate them into JIRA requirements

Essential Experience:

• Experience working as a Business Analyst
• Process mapping experience with the ability to translate Process into requirements for the tool
• A detailed working knowledge of JIRA including knowledge of Out-of-box functionality
• JIRA JQL
• Scrum – Sprints
• KANBANs
• JIRA Software and Confluence Proficiency
• JIRA Project Administration
• JIRA Portfolio configuration
• Release Management using JIRA Sprint deliveries
• Business requirement translation, process mapping and documentation
