Interim Capital Programme Delivery Manager
Location: London, Hybrid
Inside IR35
The Interim Capital Programme Delivery Manager will play a vital role in applying their knowledge of a range of construction contractual arrangements to deliver large scale capital programmes, with an emphasis on partnering contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective line management and leadership to a team of 6 Project Managers
- Provide strategic planning, management and implementation of Capital Works Programme
- Deputise for and support the Head of Property Services when required
- Effectively evaluate the performance of suppliers, contractors, consultants, and other delivery partners on a regular basis to ensure regulatory targets are met, quality of workmanship and service is maintained
- Build and maintain effective partnership working with senior stakeholders, Council wide teams, and providers
Experience & Knowledge:
- Strong leadership and line management experience
- Experience successfully managing the delivery of a high value Capital Programme on a Local Authority
- Solutions focussed with an ability to set up processes, relationships and teams for immediate and future success
- Proven ability to motivate lead by example
