An international accounting, tax, audit, advisory and business Services Company is currently seeking a Company Secretarial Assistant to join their team. You will aid and assist your colleagues with all Corporate Governance and Company Secretarial matters.
This is an excellent opportunity to grow, develop, and gain exposure to broader and more technical areas of a company secretarial role.

Hours: Full time
Day to day duties include:

Production of company documents

Preparing minutes and meeting notes

Assisting management with the daily operations

Aiding colleagues with all governance and secretarial matters

Dealing with ad-hoc queries internally and from 3rd parties
Essential Skills:

Relevant experience in a similar role

You will have excellent data and processing abilities ideally gained from an office environment

Proven ability to work to deadlines

Good verbal and written communication

Ability to work autonomously
