Locum Property Lawyer

Locum Property Lawyer – East Midlands –  Full Time – Remote Working – Initial 3+ months – Up to £55 per hour umbrella

Venn Group’s specialist legal team are currently recruiting for a Locum Property Lawyer to join a Local Authority in the East Midlands on an interim basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a friendly and established Local Authority on a varied and interesting Property caseload.

Role Details:

• Working Arrangement: Full-time, remote working
• Rate: Up to £55 per hour umbrella
• Start: As soon as possible

Role Responsibilities:

• Providing legal advice on routine and complex property matters
• Handling a broad range of property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and licenses
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal governance processes

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive (or equivalent) with significant experience in Property Law
• Experience working within Local Government or the Public Sector is highly desirable
• Strong technical knowledge across a wide range of property transactions
• Ability to work independently and provide clear, pragmatic legal advice
