Our client, a CQS accredited and community driven law firm based in Staffordshire, is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their welcoming property department.
You will provide general legal and administrative support to Solicitors and Fee Earners within the Property department, providing quotations to clients, keeping clients updated and drafting legal documentation. Due to the nature of this role, you will need experience utilising case management and referral portals. This role is fast- moving and every day is different, so the ideal candidate will be able to thrive yet keep their composure and work with minimal error within a fast paced environment.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join a friendly and personable team, gain exposure to a variety of Conveyancing matters and learn from experienced Fee Earners and Solicitors.
Requirements
- Minimum two years’ experience in a similar or the same role within a residential conveyancing or a new build department
- Ability to demonstrate exemplary client care skills
- Good IT skills
- Positive, motivated and hardworking attitude
