Job description: We are looking for a Corporate Locum to join one of our renowned clients. Our client is looking for someone to start immediately who is happy to work fully remotely, to assist whilst the firm experiences an influx of work.

Length of Assignment: 3 months initially, with the likelihood of extension.

Applications will be considered from candidates that are available on either a full or part-time basis.

Duties:

• Assist with all aspects of corporate law
• Manage a caseload of matters including M&A, management transactions, development funding, restructuring, capital reductions and private equity funding
• IT can be provided if needed
