CRM Administrator

Venn Group is currently looking to recruit a CRM Administrator to work as part of a team, reporting to the Technical Services Manager. The primary purpose of this role is to bridge the gap between the CRM system and the users who interact with it, providing technical support, data support, training and customisation as needed by the business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain CRM
- Run and take action upon daily data housekeeping routines, and assist the business with the wider data strategies
- Data entry using DAXTRA Capture and remediating
- Provide support for CRM and other core company applications
- Job Board management with LogicMelon and Daxtra and all integrated job boards
- Streamline user setups in job boards and search engines
- New user training and support
- Create representations of data in various formats
- Maintain end user and technical documentation
- Promote CRM use within the company, including its capabilities, potential uses and benefits
- Working closely with the business and each department to improve CRM processes and introduce new functionality through customisation
The successful candidate will have:
- An in-depth understanding of a CRM system & its features, user and security management and principles for customisation and workflow
- A good understanding of sales, marketing, business processes and how they relate to CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to analyse data to be able to verify and reconcile data
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel for producing reports manipulating data
