Enrolment Support Officer
A London based University are looking for an Enrolment Support Officer to join their Student Hub team. The post holder will provide first essential first line support services to students and staff during the enrolment period.
Your duties will include:
- Provide frontline support in the contact centre, handling a wide range of student queries and resolving issues where possible
- Deliver a high standard of service, aiming for first-time resolution within agreed response times
- Access and update student records and systems, working with colleagues to confirm information and support accurate advice
- Give clear guidance and make appropriate referrals to specialist services
- Record all interactions promptly in the CRM system
successful candidate profile:
- Substantial experience of successfully delivering a customer focused service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Willingness to work on site 5 days per week
- Immediately available to start a new position
- Experience working in the Higher Education sector would be advantageous but not essential
Hourly rate: £15.52
Hours per week: 35
Location: East London
Contract length: Until the end of October, with the possibility to extend
