Venn Group are currently working on a position with a highly-regarded Healthcare organisation, based in Cambridgeshire, to source an Executive Assistant for the following assignment:

Location: Cambridgeshire (hybrid working)
Contract: 5 months+
Rate: £14.32 per hour plus holiday pay
Hours: 37.5 per week
Your duties will include:
- Supporting the Chief Executive, Deputy Chief Executive and Deputy Director of Workforce
- Taking responsibility for organising internal and external meetings, drafting agendas, collating papers, providing support for report preparation, bookings rooms, circulating papers in a timely manner, and arranging travel itineraries and accommodation when required, as well as notices and timetable ensuring that appropriate equipment is available
- Providing administrative support to contracting meetings, including minute taking, agenda setting, and management of issue logs/action trackers and follow-up of actions required in between meetings within agreed timeframes
- Providing the members of the wider team with necessary data and information to inform and support key provider relationships and meetings
- Providing and receiving complex, sensitive and contentious information and storing such information appropriately, flagging to relevant parties as appropriate
The successful candidate should have:
- Experience of preparing and maintaining meeting papers including agendas, minutes and action logs
- Experience working as an Executive Assistant at Senior Management or Board level
- The ability to work under pressure, manage conflicting deadlines, and work on your own initiative, as well as be a team player
- Computer literacy with experience of working with Microsoft Office packages
- Demonstrable time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
