A nationally recognised Mental Health Charity looking for a Finance Business Partner to provide an excellent business partnering service across the Organisation. They will be meeting with key budget holders and assisting in the deliverance of quarterly and annual budgets.
Your duties will include:
- provide reliable financial analysis and build trusting relationships and advice on business decisions
- Be a significant contribution to the annual budget process and quarterly reforecasting
- Be a finance lead on specific project work by supporting the Business Development team, and being an active member of project teams where financial input is required during the tendering of new or existing contracts
- Deliver the highest standard of partnering and reporting service which includes improving the quality of data
- Have excellent written and verbal communication, with an ability to write reports that are clear, well-written and immaculately presented
- Influence and challenge business processes and decisions
- Work closely with the management accountants by supporting the loading of the approved budgets and forecasts into the finance system following sign-off and full reconciliation
- Assist in the maintenance and improvement of all financial systems and policies
The successful candidate MUST HAVE:
- Part-Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
- Charity sector experience (Essential)
- Experience in explaining budget information to non-finance stakeholders
