Global Mobility and International Tax Specialist

Venn Group is working with a reputable university who are currently looking for a Global Mobility & International Tax Specialist to join the Finance team. Below is a brief synopsis on the role.
Location: Remote with occasional travel to the office
Duration: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £44,000 - £47,000 per annum
Day to day duties include:

Ensure global compliance for any multistate workers

Provide expertise on expatriate taxes

Provide guidance for all secondments, global fellowships, non-UK sabbaticals etc.

Support the University to understand any implications of international online learning

Manage global mobility policies

Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to create solutions that are globally consistent and regionally tailored

Be the authority on all individual cases
Essential Skills:
-
Previous experience working in a similar position

Excellent knowledge of expatriate and international tax

Professional tax or accountancy qualification or considerable, relevant, demonstrable tax experience

Education sector experience is not essential
