Venn Group are currently recruiting for a Head of Pay and Reward on a 3 Months contracted job within the Healthcare sector.
2. Job Specification:

Accountable for leading the design and delivery of a sustainable and comprehensive total reward strategy and underpinning framework

Develop and oversee the implementation of an aligned pay and reward strategy

Design and delivery of a total reward framework for all employees, which enables the attraction, recruitment and retention of the right people in the right roles

Provide effective leadership to an informed and engaged Pay and Reward function, who design, develop and deliver innovative and best practice services

Create an environment of customer-focused service delivery, continuous improvement and innovation by demonstrating and promoting in line with the organisations values and behaviours

Engage with key internal and external stakeholders to develop a systemic approach to pay and reward matters that exploits opportunities for working at scale and for sharing information and intelligence
