A reputable supported housing association is currently recruiting for a Housing and Support Delivery Officer in the Norfolk and Suffolk area. This is a fixed term contract until April 2026 with a high likelihood of it being made permanent.

 Length:                       Fixed-term contact to April 2026

Hours:                          37.5 hours a week – 09:00am to 17:00pm | Hub Home Roam Approach

Location:                      Diss

Pay:                             £24,803 per annum (pro rata)

 The role involves:

• Undertake meaningful Support Planning and Keywork sessions with customers, ensuring that individuals can adhere to the terms of their occupancy agreement, are signposted to relevant services and supported to get involved in the wider community
• Undertake customer signs ups, settling in and routine visits, swiftly addressing tenancy related concerns
• Complete property inspections and compliance checks in line with policies, immediately taking action where necessary and reporting outcomes to the Property Services Team
• Take proactive action to ensure customers pay their rent and services charges
• Take proactive action to tackle allegations of anti-social behaviour Undertake legal casework where necessary and present in court, to ensure recovery of debt and address anti-social behaviour including eviction action
• Completion of CORE Forms when required

Additional requirements:

• Resilient and Team Player
• UK Drivers License
• An enhanced DBS ideally from within three years or willingness to obtain one
