Job description: We are looking for an experienced Locum Clinical Negligence Lawyer to join one of our distinguished clients for an initial period of 3 months with the strong possibility of an extension and on a fully remote basis.

The client is prepared to consider Solicitors, Legal Executives, or non-qualified Fee Earners, however it is essential for candidates to posses prior experience managing and reviewing Clinical Negligence files.

Duties:

• Conducting legal success assessments of new Clinical Negligence enquiries
• Reviewing cases accepted by the Service Centre to ensure consistency with internal standards

Working hours: Ideally full time, but will consider part time applicants

Working arrangement: Fully remote

Hourly rate: Negotiable
