Venn Group has been approached by a Housing Association in Greater Manchester to recruit for a Multi-Skilled Joiner on a temporary to permanent basis.

As the successful candidate you will have experience working as a Joiner.

The duties will include:

• Disrepairs repairs on tenanted social housing properties
• Carry out all aspects of joinery
• Multi-skill of basic tiling, patch plastering & push-fit plumbing
• Use a PDA system to receive and update jobs

• Comply with all Health and Safety procedures on site
• Must have own hand tools

Essential Skills/Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Joinery or equivalent
• Driving Licence (van provided)
