Job Title: Multi-Skilled Operative

Venn Group has been approached by a local housing association to recruit for Multi-Skilled Operatives on a temporary to permanent basis in St Asaph.
As the successful candidate, you will have sufficient knowledge and experience in at least four trades.
The duties will include:
- Day to day repairs on tenanted social housing properties
- Carry out work in multiple trades including joinery, plastering, tiling, painting, and basic plumbing or electrics
- Use a PDA system to receive and update jobs
- Comply with all Health and Safety procedures on site
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience across at least four trades
- Driving Licence (van provided)
