Interim Project Support Officer
Venn Group are currently partnered with a large healthcare organization in the Greater Manchester area who urgently require a temporary Project Support Officer to work on-site, on a 2 month basis initially.
The key role responsibilities are:

Maintain high standards of performance and behaviour and a culture of openness, transparency, responsiveness, efficiency and customer-focused service within the organisation

Support all aspects of project and programme management, including updating and maintenance of project plans and other documentation for approval through the programme governance

Manage and prioritise all incoming and outgoing correspondence

Support the team to track the status of projects to ensure completion of key deliverables and milestones

Manage and co-ordinate electronic diaries, organising and scheduling appointments to make best use of time management
Please note that this role requires on-site working full-time with some flexibility to be pre-agreed with the organization.
