Job description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lawyer to work within an established North West based Local Authority. You will work closely with the Commercial Property team, handling varied Property Litigation matters – to include adverse possession, lease disputes, unauthorised occupation and breach of planning. The work is largely focused around property dispute matters.
Working arrangement: The client is looking for candidates to start from the end of April on a full time, fully remote basis.
This role is suited to individuals who have previous experience handling the above, within a Local Authority setting. You must be a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive.
Hourly rate: £50-60p/h
