Regulatory Credit Risk Reporting (AVP) – Contract Opportunity – Banking
Venn Group are currently recruiting for a Regulatory Credit Risk Reporting Manager to join an established team at a bank in the City.
This contract opportunity is focussed around the regulatory submissions of credit risk reports, specifically around Prudential, Statistical, Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR), Bank of England (BoE), and other various reports.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate several years of industry experience in the investment banking sector. They will have worked with COREP regulatory credit risk returns, be familiar with reporting databases (e.g. SQL), and demonstrate a proficiency working with MS Excel and Access.
This role requires the candidate to build and maintain relationships within and across departments; they will be responsible for producing reports for escalation to senior management internally, as well as contributing to reporting to the regulators. Therefore, strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to combine numeric ability with presentation skills being crucial.
Other responsibilities include performing data analysis, reporting on capital ratios (daily and weekly), and updating credit risk management information on an ad hoc basis, as required.
