Temporary Repairs Scheduler Role

A position has arisen for a Repairs Scheduler within a leading housing association based in Greater Manchester. This is a key role on 3 month temporary ongoing basis. It is paying between £13.00 - £14.00 per hour
The successful candidate must have experience in Scheudling/Planning
Your duties will include:

Responsible for monitoring and managing work within agreed KPI’s

Ensure that work is planned to maximise appointments and productivity through the effective use of the electronic scheduling system, to promote a right first time ethos and highly focused customer service to all residents.

Checking CRM cases on a daily basis and dealing with each case within timescales

Proactively look

Run daily Reports (jobs on hold), analyse data and report trends to Assistant Managers in order to reduce call backs

Action information from Assistant Managers in response to holiday/training requests in order that operatives diaries can be populated to ensure sufficient resources are available

Reporting jobs/resource issues in advance to stop jobs going out of time which impacts on our customers and budgets
The successful candidate must have:

Knowledge of responsive repairs and scheduling systems

Experience of working within a team environment with focus on customer service
This would be an ideal role for an accurate and hands on candidate who is ready to hit the ground running and add value to a team.
