Job Title: Minor Works Site Manager

We are currently for Minor Works Site Manager within a leading NHS Trust based in West Yorkshire. This is a key role on a temporary ongoing contract basis.
The successful candidate must have experience working for Public Sector organisation
Your duties will include:
- Overseeing £3,000 - £4,000 minor works projects on the NHS trust, including LED replacements, air conditioning and small refurbishments
- Overseeing a small team of trades operatives completing the work
- Manage the delivery of small maintenance and minor works projects across 3 large hospital trusts
- Liaise with the Senior Facilities Services Manager and Principal Construction Manager in the provision of programme planning and delivery
- Ensure any related operational policies and procedures are adhered to for the assigned project
- Assist in other non-project specific initiatives that are associated with the delivery of the Property Programme, as directed by the Senior Facilities Services Manager
- Define with support, and maintain under review, the overall aims, objectives, and scope of the works programme
- Ensure appropriate programme and project management disciplines are in place to ensure delivery of plan against agreed performance measures
- Ensure appropriate risk management strategies and methods are in place for controlling quality.
- Determine an appropriate schedule of works for each scheme, liaising with the wider Operations team to ensure effective customer engagement
The successful candidate should have:
- Full UK Driving Licence (desirable)
- Trade background
