Enfranchisement Solicitor – Nottinghamshire (1 to 8 years PQE)
Hybrid working - up to 3 days remote
A leading property firm is seeking an experienced Enfranchisement Solicitor to join their expanding team in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm where enfranchisement work is a core focus, and where you’ll benefit from genuine collaboration, support, and progression opportunities
The Role
You will manage a high-quality caseload of enfranchisement matters including lease extensions, collective enfranchisement and right to manage work. The client base includes managing agents and residential management companies. You’ll be working alongside an experienced team of enfranchisement lawyers with direct access to senior leadership for guidance and technical support
What They’re Looking For
- Ideally a qualified Solicitor or CILEX with over 1 years PQE
- Strong enfranchisement or leasehold expertise
- Commercial, driven and comfortable in a modern environment
- Technically competent with excellent client communication skills
- Proactive and culturally aligned with a forward-thinking firm
Why This Role Stands Out
- Competitive salary up to £70,000 per annum
- You’ll join a specialist team - not be the only enfranchisement lawyer
- Clear progression opportunities within a niche, expanding firm
- Hybrid working up to three days remote for the right individual
- Supportive structure with access to leadership for discussion
- Opportunity to work closely with an experienced, well-regarded team in a niche area of law
