Office Manager

Venn Group is currently working with a NHS Trust in Berkshire who are looking for an Office Manager to work in the Estates Department for a long-term temporary assignment.
Rate: £16.96 - £18.67 per hour
Location: Reading, Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
Duration: 3 months
Job Responsibilities:

The post holder will work with the Head of PMO and the Estates Information Manager to assist the project and programme staff

You will be responsible for ensuring that programmes/projects adhere to the required Trust governance frameworks.

You will also be responsible for the general office management of the Capital Works Team and external Contractors as and when required

Develop and maintain close working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
-
Assist the Head of PMO and Estates Information Manager in the production of regular project update reports for issue to key internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have:

Experience of working as a Senior Secretary/Personal Assistant/Office Manager

Experience of managing an effective and efficient administrative service to multiple users and Departments
-
Experience of appropriately dealing with confidential and sensitive information

Contributing positively to the effectiveness of a team
